Currently, as the R+D activities are considered a driving force behind competitiveness, they have access to numerous support measures from the Public Administrations. Thus, the main benefit from this type of projects can be obtained from the tax incentives, as the tax framework is very favourable for companies' innovative activities.
This essentially practical workshop, organised together with CEBEK, seeks to deal with the taxation of R+D with the aim of advising the companies and guiding them towards obtaining the maximum tax advantages, taking into account the opportunities and the new features which have been introduced (Patent Box, Binding Fiscal Report, etc.).
