Antonio Tena joins Professional Women´s Network (PWN) in a conference set up to boost the presence of women in managerial roles

Antonio Tena, partner at Bufete Barrilero y Asociados, played a key role in the conference organized in Bilbao by PWN, the international association whose mission is to boost the presence of women in management positions. PWN presented the initiative “Men on Board” in Bilbao with the goal of raising awareness among managers and professionals of the need for reducing the gender gap in managerial roles and achieving gender equality on the boards of directors of businesses and professional firms.
Antonio Tena joined a round table at which Iratxe Las Hayas, member of PWN and ITP Aero Group, Nekane Murga, director of Planification, Management and Sanitary Evaluation of the Basque Government, Francisco Arteche,CEO of Euskaltel and Mikel Fernandez de Gamboa, from Arteche Group, also took part. Imanol Pradales, MP for Economic Development in the Basque Parliament and Robert Baker, co-president of PWN Global were also key participants.
Rosa Urtubi, president at PWN Bilbao, gave closing speech at the conference.
