Role Assignment in Galician Family Businesses

Given the importance of family businesses in Galicia, the Círculo de Empresarios de Galicia (Galicia’s Businessmen Society), together with Bufete Barrilero y Asociados organized a working breakfast session: “Family members and different responsibilities in family businesses”.
Beatriz Castelar, partner at the firm, and Margarita Hermo, Director of the Galician Association of Family Businesses, joined this event. At the conference on Tuesday April 17^th in Vigo, discussions included topics on family businesses’ transition between generations and the assignment of responsibilities for each member of the company.
