The latest legislation changes to company partners’ exit right have been scrutinized at a conference talk organized in Barcelone at the Col-legi d´Economistes de Catalunya by la Comisión de Auditores de Cuentas / REA y REGA de Catalunya and Bufete Barrilero y Asociados (BBA). Beatriz Castelar, partner at BBA, highlighted the fact that the new legislation “comes to the rescue of minority partners who, as from January 1st, have a determined right to dividends and, subsidiarily, a right of exit from the company, receiving reasonable value for the participations or shares”.
