Bachelor of Laws Degree at San Pablo CEU University (1994), Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Paris University XI-Faculté Jean Monnet (1996).
She joined Bufete Barrilero y Asociados in 2000 and was appointed as a partner in 2009. At present she is the head of the Madrid Mercantile Division.
She is a specialist in the rendering of comprehensive mercantile advice to both corporations and high net worth individuals and families. Within the framework of those areas of specialization she has taken part in a large number of corporate and estate reorganizations, as well as in group strategic planning, family and business successions, mergers and acquisitions. Besides, she holds the office of legal advisor and Secretary of the Board of Directors of many corporations.
She has a large experience in civil and mercantile procedural issues, as well as in national and international arbitration and in the provision of advice to clients that operate internationally.
In addition, she is a sworn interpreter in English and French by the Ministry of Foreign Affair.
