Graduated in Law from the University of Navarra and completed his training with the Anglo-American Law Program and the International Business Law Program, also at the University of Navarra.
In 2014, he joined the commercial division of the firm, and together with Nekane Legorburu, and Tomás Barrilero, leads the team of Barrilero Legal Angels, specialized in advising startups and entrepreneurs.
Since 2022, he has been a member of the firm’s management team.
Eduardo specializes in commercial and corporate law, advising major national and international companies on merger operations, corporate restructuring, sale and purchase, financing, and investment.
He also has special expertise in the renewable energy sector, having led multiple operations in this area.
