Eva Garay is a member of Barrilero’s Corporate & Commercial Division, where she provides ongoing advice to national and international companies, corporate groups and SMEs.

Her practice focuses on corporate and contractual matters, including the preparation and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and other corporate agreements, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. She also participates in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, advising clients throughout their various stages.
