She specializes in comprehensive commercial advice to companies, shareholders, and executives, participates in numerous business transfer processes, business and asset restructuring, as well as family and business successions.
Regularly advises numerous commercial companies and serves as secretary to the board of directors in many of them. Also, due to existing incentives for the promotion of culture in Spain, she has been working for more than 10 years with producers and investors, coordinating the entire investment process in cinema.
She began her professional career in 1989 at KPMG Legal and Tax Firm, in the areas of tax law and commercial law.
In 1997, she joined the legal advisory department of Corporación IBV Servicios y Tecnologías, S.A., where she specialized in comprehensive commercial advice to companies in the information technology area participated by the IBV Corporation.
Within that group and in 1999, she joined Azertia Tecnologías de la Información, S.A. as director of the legal advisory department and secretary to the board of directors.
She later joined Bufete Barrilero y Asociados within the commercial law division and since January 2018 is a member of the Management Team.
