Graduated in Law and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Madrid, he has over 18 years of experience advising on financial transactions at leading domestic and international law firms.

He has a broad practice in banking and finance, including bilateral and syndicated financings, refinancings, and debt restructurings. In capital markets, he has extensive experience in corporate bond and high-yield issuances, debt issuance programmes, securitisations, and equity transactions, including initial public offerings and public takeovers.

Throughout his career, he has advised financial institutions, corporates, and multilateral organisations on domestic and cross-border transactions across strategic sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, automotive, technology, and real estate.

He has been recognised by the international directories Best Lawyers and Legal 500 in the areas of Banking & Finance and Capital Markets. He has also authored several specialized legal articles on finance law.
