Specialized in the legal direction of complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, alliances and partnerships, planning and execution of IPOs, financial restructuring, and reorganization of business groups. He is the legal advisor to several national and international companies, both private and listed, to which he regularly advises through strategic decision-making based on his legal and tax advisory knowledge, as well as his extensive business experience.

He has advised listed companies on takeover bids, both as bidder and issuer, advising listed companies in domestic and international markets.

Likewise, he acts as legal advisor and member of the board of directors of several national and foreign companies, both private and listed, belonging to the most diverse sectors of the economy and holds the position of secretary of the board of directors in various companies. He is also Co-Chair of the Corporate Transactions committee of ALFA International, an association that brings together 175 independent law firms from around the world headquartered in Chicago (USA).

Ignacio is currently Trustee of Invest for Children Foundation since its creation in 2005, dedicated to raising social awareness and achieving a better life for people with intellectual disabilities, and also Trustee of Fundación Hay Derecho, dedicated to defending the rule of law in Spain.
