Specialised in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship through acquisition (EtA) transactions, advising entrepreneurs and investors on the acquisition of companies, including search funds and long-term holds (LTH), from the structuring of the investment vehicle through to the negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement, financing and closing.

He has extensive experience in M&A and investment transactions for investors, family offices and family-owned businesses, including business sale and succession processes, as well as cross-border transactions and relationships with international investors. He also serves as secretary to the board of directors of several companies, providing them with ongoing advice on corporate law and corporate governance.
