Jon Ander Heras is a member of Barrilero’s Corporate Law team, where he advises national and international companies on corporate and commercial matters, participating in the structuring and formalisation of their transactions.

He also has experience in Civil Law, particularly in advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as resolving legal issues arising from contractual relationships. He has also participated in the preparation of litigation strategies and the drafting of legal submissions in judicial proceedings.
