Manuel Martin

Provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients in the fields of commercial law and competition law. His practice covers, among other areas, M&A transactions, structural modifications, corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, complex commercial contracts and corporate governance.

He also advises on competition law matters, including the analysis of merger transactions, the filing of notifications before the CNMC (Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition), as well as conducting contentious- administrative proceedings in this area.
