Marta Puig

She has extensive experience in labor advice, judicial procedures, collective bargaining, and proceedings before the Labor Authority. Her professional practice covers all labor matters, occupational risk prevention, and social security, although with specialization and extensive experience in legal defense and litigation in the Social Jurisdictional Order, organizational change operations, modification of working conditions, transfers, productive decentralization, business restructuring, labor consequences within M&A processes, mergers, and corporate splits, hiring of Senior Executives, design of compensation and retention policies.

Taught at the University of Barcelona in the Department of Labor Law and Social Security (1991 – 2002). She has collaborated in various publications.
