Advises her clients in strategic decision-making and directs complex national and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisition operations, mergers, capital market operations, financial restructurings, and reorganization of business groups in various sectors of the economy.
She is a member of the board of directors of listed and unlisted companies from various economic sectors, as Secretary or Director.

In capital markets she has advised on takeover bids in Spain and in foreign markets such as London and Paris, and on IPOs in alternative markets.
