Specialized in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, he is a legal advisor to several national and international companies, both private and listed, regularly advising them through strategic decision-making based on his legal and fiscal advisory knowledge and, in particular, on Risk Management and Compliance as well as his extensive business experience.
He is a member of the board of directors of several national and foreign companies, both private and listed, belonging to the most diverse sectors of the economy, and he holds or has held the position of secretary of the board of directors in various companies, having been a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committees, Compliance and Remuneration Committees of listed entities.
For 15 years he was responsible for the Risk Management area of PwC Tax & Legal Services and Global Head of the risk area of the PwC Legal Global Network.
