As a member of Barrilero’s Corporate and M&A Division, Nicolás advises domestic and international companies on corporate and commercial law matters, regularly participating in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence exercises and commercial contracting.

He also has experience advising on transactions involving Search Funds and private equity vehicles, assisting with the design, structuring and execution of the various stages of investment transactions.
