Patricia Martínez Iceta

Specialized in Labor Law, she has experience in comprehensive labor and social security advice to companies and individuals.
She has been actively involved in conflict resolution proceedings before the SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration, and Conciliation Service), and in preparing and leading legal proceedings before labor courts.
She has also participated in designing and implementing equality plans, working closely with organizations to develop labor policies adapted to their needs.
Her education and experience have given her a solid practical understanding of labor law, with a special focus on conflict prevention and finding efficient solutions for clients.
