Elisa Lemus

In the field of Spanish labor law, she specializes in the renewal and reorganization of workforces, including the preparation and development of collective dismissal proceedings, reductions in working hours, temporary suspensions of employment, as well as individual objective dismissals and substantial modifications of working conditions. Legal assistance and representation in lawsuits, dispute resolution, and extrajudicial negotiation actions.
She also provides legal advice to companies in crisis and within the bankruptcy proceedings, as well as debt transfers in the purchase of autonomous productive activities in the liquidation phase.
In regards to immigration law, she specializes in legal advice on expatriation policies and overseas assignments.
It is worthy of note that during her time at university, she was part of the Spanish championship team in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (Washington D.C.) and completed her internship in Shanghai at one of China’s most prestigious law firms.
