Specialist in commercial, civil, bankruptcy, procedural, and sports law, and within them, his specialization has focused on commercial advice to companies and groups, especially in contractual, bankruptcy, corporate, and structural areas.
In the context of such advice, he has been involved in numerous commercial operations for the acquisition of companies, mergers and divisions, bankruptcy proceedings (both as counsel to the bankrupt and as bankruptcy administrator), as well as in judicial and arbitration proceedings. Likewise, he holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors in numerous commercial companies.
He is part of the Arbitration Court of the Bar Association of Vizcaya.
Currently, he is a professor in the Master’s Degree in Legal Advice at the University of Deusto, and in the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law at the University of Navarra.
Also, for several years he has taught classes at the School of Legal Practice of the Bar Association of Vizcaya.
