Provides comprehensive tax advice to large fortunes and national and international entities belonging to both the industrial and financial sectors, especially in M&A operations, having participated in the planning of numerous investment structures, structural operations of companies and group restructurings. He is also secretary to various boards of directors of Spanish companies.
In 2016, he founded Barrilero Legal Angels, a team specialized in advising startups and entrepreneurs, which he continues to lead today.
He has collaborated on different solidarity projects, including his support for the NGO Cooperación Internacional in Mexico or his incorporation into the commission for the delimitation of the regulation of the Pro Bono Spain Foundation and the Menorca Preservation Fund.
