Cristina Serrate

Specialized in Business Legal Advice with extensive experience in Procedural, Bankruptcy, and Business Advisory practice. She has acted in civil, administrative, and criminal jurisdictions establishing the strategy up to the Supreme Court and Superior Courts of Justice representing and defending large corporations, national and multinational, in the financial, energy, and telecommunications sectors.
Also has extensive experience as Bankruptcy Administration and in defense of the interests of creditor entities and bankrupt debtors, as well as in representation and defense of the interests of senior executives and social administrators. Has also advised on the negotiation and drafting of all types of commercial contracts representing large corporations and companies listed on the Ibex35.
She has developed her professional career at PwC and Naturgy, as Responsible for Singular Litigation, Bankruptcy Practice, and Business Advisory to various areas of the Business, and has a great vision and knowledge of the real needs of the business and its operation.
She is a member of Foment del Treball Nacional, Cercle d’Economia, and the circle of young professionals of the AED, institutions in which she actively participates.
