Irati Oleaga Colio

With a professional background developed in highly complex legal and institutional environments, she has solid technical training and international experience in both the public and private sectors. She has developed part of her career in the banking and institutional field in Germany, as well as in business development projects in the United Arab Emirates.

Her practice focuses on public law, with particular emphasis on public procurement and regulation across various sectors, especially the industrial sector. She has participated, among other projects, in the drafting of the Basque Industry Plan 2030.

She is a member of the Senior Technical Corps of the Basque Government, which provides her with in-depth knowledge of the internal functioning of the Administration and the institutional framework. She is also actively involved in civil society initiatives aimed at promoting innovation and technological development, such as the civic platform Nausika and the Zedarriak community.

This background enables her to accurately understand the institutional and regulatory context in which organisations operate, anticipate risks, and contribute a rigorous and strategic approach to decision-making.
