Marita Dargallo

With extensive experience in advising on intellectual property law, unfair competition, community law, distribution, agency, franchise, and international commercial law. Her practice covers both contractual and strategic aspects and procedural and administrative aspects.
She participates in the annual meetings of INTA (International Trademark Association) and is currently the President of the Intellectual Property Commission of the UIA (Union International des Avocats).
Due to her academic inclination, she has taught at the University of Barcelona (Postgraduate Studies in Linguistic Advice and Editorial Services) and at the Barcelona Bar Association and regularly organizes conferences and seminars on competition law, trademarks, exploitation of intellectual property rights, and distribution.
She has published articles and contributed to books on competition law, distribution, agency, and enforcement of trademark rights abroad.
