Bachelor of Laws Degree at the Basque Country University (2001) and Master’s Degree in Environment Legal and Economic Organization from the Industrial Organization School (2002).
He joinedBufete Barrilero y Asociados in 2004 and in 2012 he was appointed as a partner.
He is specialized in the rendering of advisory services on administrative and real estate law to private corporations, Public Administrations and individuals. He has taken part in a large number of real estate projects and construction projects, as well as in many real estate transfer and refinancing transactions. In addition, he provides advisory services to private entities having relationships with Public administrations regarding issues related to regulated sectors, government franchises and public procurement, especially within the urban development and environment areas.
He has a large experience in procedural contentious-administrative issues and in jurisdictional civil issues.
In addition, he has provided advice to international clients regarding their real estate investments in Spain, as well as to domestic clients concerning their activities abroad.
At present he is the head of the Administrative Law Division of the Madrid branch, which renders services in urban development, real estate and environment.
