Specialized in Labor and Social Security Law, she has extensive experience in all matters related to this area and before the social and administrative litigation jurisdiction.
In addition, from the beginning, she has successfully managed all types of restructuring processes and companies in crisis (including dismissals, transfers, modifications, organizational changes), resolution of labor disputes, as well as collective negotiations, which has led her to become a reference person in these matters at the national level. She is currently responsible for these collective processes.
She is the author of several publications and has participated as a speaker in various conferences, as well as in some radio and television programs addressing issues related to her area of specialization.
Likewise, she is a member of the National Association of Labor Lawyers.
