In the framework of this specialization, she participates in numerous projects of business and patrimonial reorganizations, as well as in strategic planning of groups, family and business successions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and holds the positions of Legal Advisor and Secretary of the Board of Directors of numerous commercial companies.
Likewise, she has extensive experience in civil and commercial procedural matters, and in national and international arbitration processes, as well as in advising clients internationally.
She is an Official Interpreter in English and French by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
