Specialist in providing legal advice to a large number of clients, both national and multinational, for more than 25 years, having specialized in matters related to Real Estate Law, including real estate transactions, advising expansion departments of large multinational corporations, development of shopping centers and leisure facilities, hotels and tourist resorts, construction law, land development, and acquisition and sale of large real estate portfolios.
He has extensive experience in real estate and urban advice to large commercial, leisure, and distribution chains and in advising Funds, Investors, and Financial Institutions in general, both in the acquisition and disposal by any procedure of their real estate assets.
For 14 years he was responsible for the Real Estate and Construction Law area of PwC Tax & Legal Services.
