María Cobo

A member of the Public Law Department, María Cobo advises both public-sector and private-sector clients in the fields of Administrative Law, Urban Planning Law, and Environmental Law. She is regularly involved in urban planning, land management, and enforcement matters, as well as a wide range of administrative proceedings and environmental compliance issues.

She has experience advising on and monitoring administrative litigation proceedings involving licences, permits, sanctions, and public authority liability claims, both during the administrative phase and before the courts.

She also participates in real estate transactions, carrying out legal analysis of assets, reviewing planning, environmental, and land registry documentation, and conducting due diligence processes in the context of real estate transactions and investment structures.

In the field of Civil Law, she advises on contractual matters and obligations, as well as disputes relating to property ownership, leases, and other issues connected with real estate transactions.
