María Hurtado de Mendoza

A member of the Public Law team, María Hurtado specialises in Public Law, Urban Planning, and Real Estate Law, with extensive experience advising public administrations, companies, and private
individuals. Her practice covers both advisory and litigation matters, providing comprehensive legal solutions in areas related to Administrative Law and the real estate sector.

She has participated in the development and management of urban planning operations, including planning, management, and implementation processes, as well as administrative proceedings relating to urban development and real estate activities. She also advises on the acquisition, transfer, and development of real estate assets, bringing both legal and strategic insight to ensure the viability and security of each project.

She has experience representing clients before the Administrative Courts and in Civil Court proceedings, handling disputes involving administrative actions, public liability claims, and real estate-related conflicts.

In addition, she is a licensed Real Estate Agent (API), which enables her to complement her legal advice with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. She has experience in real estate transactions, asset and land analysis and valuation, as well as the structuring and monitoring of investment and urban development projects.
